What You'll Do: The role of the Social & Influencer department is to bring creativity to media and act as the interface between Wavemaker and our partners (be that media beyond spots & dots, production, influencer, activation, talent, sports & entertainment or even WPP), to ensure client campaigns are executed and amplified in an effective, creative and future-facing, Wavemaker way.
Our role is to complement the core planning & buying of media which is a core discipline of the agency.
The role of Executive within the Social & Influencer team is to manage the Social & Influencer delivery of client media plans across our core pillars.
What you will need: Passion for Social & InfluencerPassion for Media CreativityBasic knowledge about social platforms and the influencer landscape.Communicate in a succinct manner and provide updates to their manager on a regular basis.If leading a smaller campaign, be responsible for understanding all requirements, providing relevant influencer selections, and giving feedback on content accuracy when it's live.Have a sound knowledge of how to use reporting templates and Ibex but might require a higher level of feedback from their manager.Be able to pick out key learnings from campaign performance and suggest future actions.Build key relationships with talent agents and influencers to ensure the onboarding of influencers to our campaigns is efficient.They should use these relationships to build on their negotiation skills and be capable of writing detailed campaign updates if asked to do so.
