As the Sales Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing employees in the Equipment Service Centre, Bunbury. Ensuring targets are met and business goals are achieved, you will collaborate closely with other key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure the highest level of service quality is maintained at all times.
Responsibilities: Manage the team of workshop, parts, and administration employees. Coach and mentor staff within the team to ensure business objectives are met. Actively seek new sales opportunities. Manage current customer database, including site visits with potential or current customers. As requested, demonstration setup and support of new and used equipment sales. Adhere to company policies and procedures always. Engage with service strategies and processes to increase business productivity and maintain consistent national standard practices. Skills & Experience: 5 years' experience in a similar role or industry. Experienced in staff management. Customer service focused, committed to providing exceptional customer service across all areas of the business. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Organized and able to meet deadlines. Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get along with team members. Experience in agricultural business management. Performance Goals: Complete administration tasks on time. Ensure office space is always clean and presentable. Deal with clients, suppliers, and other employees professionally at all times. Use professional language in all written and verbal communication. This is a full-time position based in our Bunbury Head Office. Attractive remuneration + super is on offer.
