An excellent opportunity for an Administration Officer has become available within our WATTLE Program in Research at Swinburne. The WATTLE Program (Women ATTaining LEadership) is a program aimed at empowering women to attain senior university leadership roles. The program runs virtual and residential leadership events throughout the year, empowering participants to reflect on their own careers by hearing from inspirational leaders and discussing with them the known inhibitors of career progression for women.

As part of this innovative program, you will support the WATTLE Program Manager with administration duties and events organisation including all project documentation, liaising with program participants and speakers; preparing the program agenda; drafting post event reports and evaluation, support alumnae communication and activities, and other support duties as are needed for the successful running of the program.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

Highly proficient computer skills, in particular MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital networking tools e.g. Microsoft Teams.Excellent attention to detail and good written communication skills.Excellent organisational and time management skills. Qualifications Completion of an associate diploma level qualification with relevant executive administration experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
