About the role
Reporting to the WA Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing Grove sales performance by managing existing accounts, recognizing new opportunities, and ensuring pre-eminence of WATM's brand and value proposition in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities Demonstrate consistent high levels of customer service. Maintain a regular visitation program with the WATM customer base. Ensure solutions meet the required objectives of the customer including interpreting lift studies. Ensure all customer deliverables including quote requests and general queries are managed in accordance with customer expectations. Coordinating the delivery of cranes, ensuring all specifications and client requirements are met. Ensure that management is kept up to date with the latest market trends and developments. Regional travel required from time to time. About You You will have a proven background as an Account/Sales Manager ideally with experience in the lifting industry. Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications (desirable). Background as an Account/Sales Manager with experience in the lifting industry (desirable). What's in it for you?
