Topdrill currently has a fleet of 32 rigs and over 330 employees. Our rigs are all late model and utilize industry-leading, hands-free rod handling systems. Our RC fleet consists of Schramm 685's, but we are adding a T130XD to the fleet to service our clients' water well needs.

Permanent employment contracts on a 2:1 or 2:2 roster Industry-leading rates of pay including KPI and retention bonuses Referral Incentives Career Progression and Training Development opportunities FIFO from capital cities only - Drillers Only Prerequisites are preferable: Current HR Driver's Licence Telehandler, backhoe, bobcat experience (desirable) Cert II, III and IV Drilling Certificates (desirable) Current First Aid, Work at Heights, Forklift Licence, Vehicle Loading Crane, and Dogging Ticket (desirable) Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen A good work ethic (essential ) Ability to work within a team dynamic in a tough environment We embrace a diversified workforce and encourage all that are eligible to apply.
