To help us achieve this we are seeking an experienced Compliance Coordinator to join our team.
We are looking for a dedicated professional with hands-on experience in water, sewer, plumbing, or a related field who's ready to make an impact in compliance and environmental stewardship.
You will thrive in this role if you're a skilled communicator with a knack for negotiation and conflict resolution, enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and have strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
Your ability to monitor compliance, implement actions, and leverage technology will set you up for success.
On a typical day this role will: Lead, develop, support and grow our Utilities Compliance Team under the corporate values, overseeing performance and driving achievement of KPIs Manage, monitor and review resourcing and priorities to ensure that compliance team deliverables are met and tasks completed Coordinate the management of the trade waste register, and other relevant water and wastewater compliance databases Provide guidance to the broader team and customers in the implementation of programs, policies, standards, practices, systems as they relate to water, wastewater and trade waste compliance? Inform and assess trade waste, development and other applications as relating to water and wastewater compliance.
