Our Opportunity Work Location: Cloudbreak Mine Fortescue's Cloudbreak mine is located on the traditional lands of the Palyku and Nyiyaparli peoples. Roster: 7/7 roster FIFO ex Perth This position has responsibility for the daily service delivery of the operations specific drinking water and wastewater operations associated with Cloudbreak village and mining operations, ensuring they are maintained in accordance with the relevant Company and Statutory requirements. Additionally, this position will apply technical expertise to proactively solve problems. Key Responsibilities Maintaining/operating SBR waste-water treatment plant. Maintaining/operating reverse osmosis treatment plants. Conduct operational inspections of Bore Supply systems. Daily data inputting from daily log sheets to Enviro Sys data management system. Collection of wastewater and potable water samples with adherence to water sampling regimes. Collection of water samples and adherence to water sampling regimes and compliance. Qualifications and Experience Demonstrated experience in the management of SBR wastewater treatment plants and in operation of Reverse Osmosis treatment plants. Cert II (NWP20122) or Cert III (NWP30222) in Water Industry Treatment or equivalent. Self-motivated and have good attention to detail. Current unrestricted C class driver's licence. Current HR License desirable. Ability to work as part of a team and have good communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication with an attention to detail. SAP knowledge and ability desirable. Microsoft Excel/Teams/Word usage desirable.
