This is a key position and is essential for providing a great customer experience and Waste Services support through the following main activities: Process Customer enquiries, requests, bookings and service items through Council systems and action, allocate, and transfer to the correct Team, Contractor or Staff member Review incoming action items to ensure all information and associated data is accurate and correct prior to processing, and carry out investigation where any shortfall of information exists, prior to actioning item Investigate and resolve customer complaints and assist in identifying digressions from expected performance standards Liaise with CCC's Waste Collection Contractor and other members of the Unit to ensure an environment of constant and reliable service provision where improvements are developed and implemented.
This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
To be successful in this role, you will have: Certificate IV qualification in Business Administration or related field OR demonstrated solid contemporary experience in a similar role, combined with ongoing professional development.
Significant experience within a high volume and complex, service delivery and customer enquiry environment.
Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret and communicate procedures, policies and relevant legislation to a variety of stakeholders.

Other important information The salary range for this position ranges between $63.6K- $76.4K plus 11.5% superannuation This is a Permanent full-time role This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight This role is located at the Buttonderry Waste Management Facility (other Council Locations and work from home may be considered as part of a flexible arrangement).
Council may create an eligibility list from this recruitment process and may utilise this eligibility list to fill other permanent or temporary vacancies.
