$89,200 salary package ($80,000 base salary + Super) + profit share bonus + weekend allowance

About the role
We are looking for a Waste Pump Truck Driver to join our team, serving the Sydney Metro and Greater Western Sydney regions.
As the Kennards Hire representative to our customers, we support you with the training and development you need to be successful in your role.
The Waste Pump Truck Driver is the critical link between a Kennards Hire branch, our customers and their projects, big or small.
You'll be in charge of everything that makes our customers' job easy; expert advice, pickups, deliveries and making sure our equipment is ready for hire.
This role requires you to:
Drive a MR Truck fitted with a toilet servicing tank Service toilets including using a hose to pump out effluent from toilets, cleaning and sanitizing the toilets, replenishing the toilets with fresh water, and refilling consumables such as toilet paper Complete a time-sensitive toilet cleaning schedule for an allocated run Complete required paperwork including pre-start checklists Drive between numerous worksites each day Provide exceptional customer service in all customer interactions Commit to maintaining clean and safe work method practices Maintain vehicle, tank and pump setup and manage stock on board the truck.
About you
Successful applicants have come from various backgrounds such as customer service, building & construction, hospitality, retail, driving, landscaping, trade & maintenance.
A current MR or HR driver's licence The availability to work weekends on a rotating roster This role requires some physical components including lifting and standing on your feet for long periods.
A level of physical fitness is required and the ability to pass a drug test Be proactive and keen to learn new skills An interest in machinery and equipment, although training will be provided A positive attitude and team player Join our team
