Waste Management Plant Operator

Job Details
Position: Plant Operator
Location: Brooklyn
Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am - 4pm (potential overtime and weekend work available at times)
Duration: 3 months with potential temp to perm opportunity
Pay Rate: $40.41 p/h + penalties
What You Will Be Doing

Communicate with customers regarding waste drop off locations
Pushing up waste
Pre-picking/sorting of recoverable material with a material handler
Complete daily pre and post checks and any other paperwork directed and required
Loading of material in shredder or truck
Attend toolboxes and any meetings required

What You Will Need

HR Drivers Licence/Water Cart ticket
Front end loader ticket
Excavator ticket
Good work ethic
Experience in the waste industry is desirable
