The Opportunity Based in Darwin, the Waste Coordinator Support assists the Waste Coordinator in coordination of all waste management activities at the Inpex Ichthys Plant.
The focus includes liaising with the Client and site Subcontractors to ensure that all waste services are managed in a safe, professional and cost-effective manner and in accordance with Contract and legislative requirements.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of day to day run sheets Support Waste Coordinators in all other ad hoc duties to support the Waste Management Contract Effective administration of all aspects to support the Waste Management Contract Maintain accurate data records & ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end processing Maintain accurate environmental waste tracking records Ongoing waste data record tracking in accordance with contract auditing requirements About You Ideally you will have some exposure to the waste management and/or transport industry in an administrative/ data entry position.
