Due to business growth, we are currently seeking a PROJECT LEAD to be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, and control of Warrikal site projects.

Our Role Some key requirements include:
End to end project management of small to medium size brown field projects ranging from $100k to $5mil value Management of project budget, scope of works and project execution to ensure project compliance Read & understand scope of work, specifications, work plans, and drawings Prepare and execute technical queries to all clients as and when required Interpret drawings and understand detailed scopes of work and ensure detail reflects in pricing and project execution Coordinate the procurement of all materials relevant to the project in line with set budgets Request quotes from and manage sub-contractors relevant to the project Prepare and complete all QA/QC documentation for all projects Organize and coordinate projects from start to finish through all phases of the job Prepare and maintain MS project schedules and work to tight deadlines and budgets Travel to remote sites on a regular basis to complete project scoping and tender meetings if required to support the tendering team Work in remote locations as and when required to complete project kick off meetings and execution of projects Assist tendering team with pricing and developing sound execution methodologies for complex projects This role requires working from remote site throughout the Pilbara as and when required to ensure seamless delivery is achieved for all projects (estimated time on site is 50:50 subject to operational requirements) Be responsible for project delivery, ensuring works are delivered in line with company policies and procedures Read and understand contractual obligations and ensure project is running in line with our contract requirements About You Proven experience (min.
3yrs+) in a Project Lead (or 5yrs+ Superintendent) position delivering Brownfields SMP projects in the Mining Construction industry Must have significant experience working for a Contractor for Tier 1 Mining clients Engineering Degree or Trade Certification with experience in related project work Solid technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills Provide mentoring and identify avenues of professional development and succession planning for personnel within your business unit Capacity to delegate appropriately Demonstrated ability to achieve consistently high standards within both budgetary and schedule constraints Proficient understanding of business acumen with the ability to adapt to different business environments High attention to detail and a good knowledge of project delivery Able to communicate effectively with strong attention to detail Proven problem solving capability with a high level of resilience and resolve Why Warrikal We are a privately owned business with strong community ties and a commitment to making a difference You will be working in an inclusive team environment with regular access to senior leaders Role autonomy enabling you to take ownership of your work, develop strategies if required and be supported with implementations A rapidly growing business with opportunities to grow and evolve with our team to develop and establish a highly valued service offering and a rewarding career pathway If you fulfil the above criteria and would like to be considered, please don't hesitate to click the APPLY button and submit your resume today.
