Villages Business Partner - Retirement Living Service Integrated Communities | Warrigal
Village Business Partner | Based in Albion Park Rail with travel to all Warrigal Villages
Most of us want to know we're doing work that matters. But a lot of us struggle to build careers that allow for it, so we end up working long hours in demanding roles.
At Warrigal, you'll get to swap the hustle for a career with purpose. One that makes a positive difference to the lives of older people and their families.
For us, there's no greater honour. When we bring joy and quality of life to older people, we give them the dignity, community, and belonging they deserve. We allow them to enjoy better quality time and build lasting memories with their families, and we create a society that celebrates and respects aging.
No matter your role at Warrigal, each one of us is contributing to this legacy, ensuring it's passed down from generation to generation.

You'll support and guide the Village Services Coordinators to establish clear systems and processes that meet both resident needs and Warrigal's goals.
You'll manage resident safety, handle feedback, and resolve concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
The Village Business Partner will help create a culture of continuous improvement, support the village's profitability, and build connections with local community groups.

A supportive, passionate culture : It's a community filled with inspiring, big-hearted people. We back each other, listen without judgement and lead with kindness, respect and unwavering support - for our customers, residents and each other. This is encouraged from the top down and worked hard at – every day.
One team, united in our purpose : We support older people to have great lives. We put older people first in everything we do. On an everyday level, we help them age with dignity, independence, happiness and connectedness. On a big picture level, we're challenging ageist thinking in Australia. This is the Warrigal Way.
Who we are | A community who cares
Warrigal has firmly established itself in the aged care community for over 60 years. We're proud of the diverse range of retirement living and aged care services we've built up in that time, but we still have the same appetite to grow and innovate. Meaning, you'll have the chance to move around, get promoted or explore different areas across our expanding business in Illawarra, Southern Highlands, Queanbeyan, and Canberra – if that's what you want.
Do work that matters to you
