Shortlisted candidates will be contacted in January 2025. The Role We are seeking a reliable person to join our Warranty team. Based at our Head Office in Unanderra, you will be responsible for providing the best possible after-sales care and support to all ADP Business Customers.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
High volume data processing and management of tickets in Hubspot. Identifying issues impacting customers and providing resolution. Fact finding and problem solving. Responding to queries via phone and email. Benefits Some of the benefits of working for ADP include:

Keen eye for detail and advanced data processing skills. A sense of urgency, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise duties. Exceptional communication skills. A positive attitude with a focus on achieving results. Essential Proven ability to complete daily tasks to a high standard. Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Strong computer/data entry capabilities and ability to work across multiple systems. Proven experience in a high-volume data entry environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant phone manner. Desirable Knowledge of bathroom products is an advantage, but not essential. Experience with Hubspot. Demonstrated customer service experience and confidence in dealing with customers on the phone.
