What's on offer? The main aim of the role will be contacting customers who have just been approved on finance with Driva and offer them suitable warranty products so that they can protect their investment (Mechanical Protection Plan). You will have an abundance of leads (approx. 1000+) with an average conversion of 25%. The exciting news is there is a massive amount of scope to increase this conversion to 50%+ as our friends in NZ are currently converting 80% with the very same Warranty product.

What skill set & experience do I need? Experience as an Aftermarket Sales Consultant OR have sold Aftermarket, Service, Insurance or Warranty products to customers in the Auto Industry (minimum. 1-2 years). Experience in fintech or startup environment (would be an advantage). Deliver a customer-centric, warm & empathic sales approach (Not a catch-and-kill mentality). Motivated by reaching monthly sales targets & KPI's. Ability to work independently and integrate into a 'one team, one dream' style culture (lone wolves need not apply!). Passionate about the Automotive Industry and willingness to continually evolve in it. Are tech-savvy & can naturally leverage off technology to increase output (see it as a valuable tool, not a hindrance). Experience with CRM software (preferably Salesforce). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Are a solutions-based problem solver when it comes to roadblocks. Understand how to be compliant in the modern world, especially when it comes to selling products under the fintech umbrella. What's in it for me?
