Warranty Controller

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warranty Controller to join Lloyd Landrover, Kelso.A Warranty Controller Responsibilities include:Ensuring all administrative functions within the warranty department are carried out in accordance with Company Policy and Brand Partner processes.Reviewing warranty reporting systems with the line manager to identify improvements where possible.Administering warranty policy in the best interests of the retailer, Brand Partner and client, ensuring robust warranty process compliance in all elements of the activity.Updating colleagues of forthcoming recall campaigns and changes in warranty/goodwill/repair procedure.Maintain knowledge on all warranty procedures and documentation.The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experiences:Excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.Strong communicator (both verbally and in writing).Excellent understanding of computer systems, database, word processing, spreadsheets & audit process.Organisation and time-management skills in support of committed adherence to process.Excellent attention to detail.Experience gained within the motor trade would be advantageous.Salary: £28,500 + BonusHours: 42.5 Hours per week.
