Responsibilities: Collect and receive repair orders for warranty claimsCollect and receive repair orders for NCS claimsCheck and confirm delivery dates and vehicle detailsRaise warranty invoices through Mount Gravatt Mazda's DMSComplete end of month related tasks including closing all warranty jobsFile and store warranty parts held for audit purposesIdentify potential problems and implement associated improvementsSupport the booking process, including making bookings from online and phone sourcesAssist in taking phone calls during busy periods to ensure customer satisfactionComplete outgoing calls to customers who have missed servicesOur ideal candidate will: Have a good understanding and experience with vehicle servicing processes and proceduresDemonstrate understanding of customer retentionExhibit high-level planning, organizational, and time management skillsProvide outstanding customer service while being courteous and reliablePossess excellent organizational and time management skillsHave intermediate PC skillsHave previous reception-related experienceHave automotive experience (highly desirable)Mount Gravatt Mazda will offer you: A competitive remuneration packageCompany-paid ongoing development and trainingA friendly, safe, and supportive working environment with opportunities for development and room for advancementOnly candidates with previous customer service experience or in a similar role within the automotive industry should apply.
