For Warranty Clerk.
Administrator or Warranty Officer to process and manage warranty claims documentation for a respected automotive service provider.
A permanent full-time role within a well-established brand.
Requires: Strong administration skills, attention to detail and General Automotive Industry Knowledge.
Salary guide: $70,000 - $80,000 Depending on experience, Relocation assistance (No visa sponsorships on offer) Location: Darwin Your normal day will involve: Preparing and processing all warranty claims documentation accurately and timely.
Submitting warranty claims and supporting documents, including prior work approvals.
Conducting reconciliation of warranty accounts and managing denied/rejected claims.
Ensuring warranty parts are properly identified, tagged, stored, and archived.
Updating computer records and performing self-audits of claims and parts as directed.
General warranty-related tasks to support the Service Manager and Warranty Manager.
