An opening for an experienced Warranty Clerk has become available as my client's business continues to expand.

The companie's location is a stunning part of the South-East Queensland region, it is one of the most fertile farming areas in the world. The area grows the most diverse range of fruit and vegetables in Australia and has a climate that offers a maximum temperature 20 – 30 degrees.

What the role entails:

Maintain and nurture excellent relationships with manufacturersProcess warranty claims as per procedreReconcile payments, re-claim shortfalls as permittedFollow up on the progression of claimsEnsure accurate tagging/documentation of parts

What we are looking for:

Experience as an automotive service warranty clerkEnthusiasm, great customer service skillsAccuracy, attention to detail, professionalismEffective communication & people skills
