What the role entails:
Maintain and nurture excellent relationships with manufacturers Process warranty claims as per procedre Reconcile payments, re-claim shortfalls as permitted Follow up on the progression of claims Ensure accurate tagging/documentation of parts
What we are looking for:
Experience as an automotive service warranty clerk Enthusiasm, great customer service skills Accuracy, attention to detail, professionalism Effective communication & people skills
