Job Description As a Warranty Case Consultant, you will play a critical role in managing the end to end warranty claims process, from submission through to resolution. On a day to day, this will include:
Accurately documenting all claims and working with stakeholders to reach a resolution. Investigating claims to ensure validity and causes. Liaise directly with customers regarding the warranty claims process including answering any queries. Ensure compliance with warranty policy at all times. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, with experience in claims/warranty, or relocations/removals industries highly regarded.
Additional experience includes:
Ability to handle challenging or complex situations. Ability to manage multiple tasks or deadlines. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in logistics industry highly regarded.
