An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our Equipment team in a newly established role. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims and processes, ensuring that all customer and company warranty needs are met with efficiency and effectiveness. In this role, you will be integral to upholding high standards of customer service and satisfaction. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to begin and grow their career in the Equipment industry. What will you do? Process and evaluate warranty claims submitted by customers, service teams and dealer network partners.Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and concerns related to warranty coverage, procedures, and claim status.Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, including relevant documentation, communication, and resolutions.Work closely with service departments, suppliers, and manufacturers to coordinate warranty repairs and replacements.Assist customer service with technical information, product specifications, and warranty issues.Provide end-user support with inquiries via specific Toro platforms including but not limited to over the phone, PRW, ServiceMax. What do you need? Strong focus on customer service.Warranty experience is desirable.Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external partners.Must have a valid Australian motor vehicle license.
