The Role
Joining their contact centre located in South Melbourne, Your role is to provide superior customer service and specialist technicial advice to customers, agents, mechanics/repairers in relation to processing complex automotive claims. This role will be ideal for a candidate with a background as warranty clerk, automotive technician, spare parts interpreter, or dealership experience.
This role operates Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with the possibility of working a hybrid model past induction and training periods.
Duties will include:
Applying your technicial knowledge to assist in the processing of warranty claimsLiaising with dealerships and external assessorsTechnical point of reference for non technical claims staffProcessing disputes via inbound/outbound calls and emailsConfirming repaiarer diagonsis including labour repair times, parts pricing and digital images.
