We are currently accepting applications for a full-timeWarranty Administrator position to join our teamat Campbelltown.
What the role entails: Processing all warranty paperwork for our brandsEnsure proper documentation and verifying criteria is providedto the manufacturer or distributor.Review and process all returned/rejected/adjusted warrantyclaims, track each claim until its final resolution.Reconciling all warranty receivables and working with theaccounting department to obtain payments.Arranging for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributorand resubmitting all rejected claims promptly.Ensuring technician stories are accurate and completed inaccordance with manufacturer and dealership warranty policies &guidelinesAccurately completing clocking times and parts taggingFacilitating all warranty related issues including working withvendors and manufacturers to receive replacement vehicle partsEffectively liaising with the Workshop Foreman, Technicians andService Advisors to ensure we provide the best service to ourcustomers - both external and internal.
