Company : Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd About the Role Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Warranty Administrator to join our award-winning team.
This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role which can be based out of any of our larger branches (Brisbane, Mackay, Townsville, Rockhampton or Darwin) As a Warranty Administrator, you will: Prepare and submit all warranty claims for equipment sold and serviced by the company Responsible for the correct interpretation of Caterpillar and other manufacturers warranty guidelines Goodwill claim requests are prepared at the service departments request and submitted to the Caterpillar Service Representative Claim preparation will be determined by the policies and procedures in the manufacturer's warranty guide and the Hastings Deering warranty processes Knowledge of the locations of the manufacturer's warranty guide and HD company procedures Engage with the Business Centre for parts return to Caterpillar and other manufacturers Ensure claims rejected or partially returned by Caterpillar and/or other manufacturers are corrected with justification and resubmitted Ensure all rejected or partially accepted settlements are processed within company guidelines Maintain good communication with Caterpillar and other manufacturers Provide feedback to service department on major problems with claims that may hinder the settlement process Why Hastings Deering?
