Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing warranty claims to ensure maximum recovery from Liebherr FactoriesPreparation of monthly reports analysing warranty expenses and provisionLiaison with departments on pending and rejected claimsCoordinate the return of parts from site and repairersMaintain warranty claims within the allocated KPI'sAbout YouCertificate IV Business Administration OR 3 years Administration experienceStrong MS Office computer literacy and proficiency, particularly ExcelA strong understanding of work in progress and warranty claims processesWell developed communication skills, along with exceptional liaison and customer service attributesSound knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsReporting skills with the ability to provide accurate and timely informationKnowledge and understanding of heavy machinery and componentsBenefitsAt Liebherr Australia, we're committed to looking after you, with some great benefits including (but not limited to):
