The Company Our client are Successful home builder who specialize in large townhouse development projects and Greenfield housing. They are partnered with a Prominent land developer meaning they have an extremely strong and consistent pipeline of work. The Role Managing a portfolio of Service & Warranty files; Organising and prioritising the activities of the Service & Warranty Site Managers; Reviewing and investigating QA results; Receiving all incoming telephone calls from customers regarding service related issues and resolving in a timely and professional manner; General administration duties.
