General Summary: Warner Bros.
Discovery Creative APAC is a multi-award-winning in-house agency creating brand identities, on-air promotions, advertising, branded content and communications for consumer, trade and corporate use across a diverse range of media platforms.
As a Motion Designer, you will support the Design team in Australia and for our DTC product, producing premium quality creative motion design.
You will thrive on developing creative ideas and pitching concepts to our stakeholders.
You will support the Senior Design Manager, be a collaborative person able to work closely with our Creative streaming team and the wider creative team.
You will be capable of building strong relationships with our digital and marketing teams in Australia and other parts of APAC.
You will have a strong reliable drive and be a trusted pair of hands to make sure projects are delivered on time and on budget, to the best possible level.
Key Responsibilities: Understand our PAY, Digital and DTC portfolio, working closely with Senior Design Manager, creative and other teams to continue to grow our brands.
Be able to work within a brand toolkit and know when to customise and localise assets across video, digital, and social formats.
Collaborate with creative producers and design leads to craft captivating campaign and promo graphics.
Work with Senior/Lead designers to establish new skills and insights.
Required Skills: Expert Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and Cinema 4D.
Experience working with a global brand toolkit.
Strong understanding and technical knowledge of the digital, social and TV platforms and formats.
Proactive and driven team player, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on expectations consistently.
Ability to articulate designs and ideas.
Efficient in producing and versioning work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Dependable, meticulous, and open to comments and changes.
Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Quick learner, able to grasp new processes and systems.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in broadcast/digital environment or similar role.
