Schedule: Positions cover shifts Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 6.00pm and rostered Saturdays, 8.00am to 1.00pm

About the role We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Answering incoming calls from patients Making outgoing calls to patients and/or their carer to communicate their results and warfarin dose instructions Other discussions will relate to changes to medical history, and/or other medications; discussions with patient pre and post procedures, and hospital admissions Accepting new patients registered into the Warfarin clinic and obtaining a full medical history from doctors and hospitals Liaising with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and nursing facilities General administration tasks and managing patient files About you To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:
