Job DescriptionWe have an opportunity for experienced Warehouse & Materials Officer to join our Operations teams based at our Coppabella Village, with travel to other Villages within the Bowen Basin where required.
This is a 9:5 Drive in, Drive out roster.
This is a vital role within the Village, responsible for the receiving, recording, storing and distributing of goods, ensuring stocks are kept at the desired levels and that all departments receive necessary stock in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include: Actioning enquiries, ensuring good customer relations by providing prompt and efficient service; directing any unfulfilled enquiries where appropriateManagement of freight logisticsConfirm deliveries against delivery dockets or invoices and goods receipt in JDEMaintain equipment in a clean and serviceable condition in accordance with the recommended operating practices including the completion of a daily prestart safety checkPick parts for work orders and track back ordersCompetent and safe operation of a forkliftClean and maintain the laydown yard in accordance with 5S standardManage undercover drop off area (no backlog of deliveries)Record and complete RCD push button testing throughout Bowen Basin VillagesTest and tagging of electrical equipment in the Bowen BasinTrack, coordinate and book the vehicle servicesWhat's in it for you? Certificate III in Warehousing Operations will be highly regardedRestricted Electrical License or willing to attain;Restricted Refrigerant Recovery License or willing to attain;Current, valid LF Forklift Licence with demonstrated prior experienceClass C, Manual Driver's LicenceThorough understanding of stock rotation principles (including HACCP rules)Experience in high volume, fast paced work environmentsDemonstrated experience working successfully in a teamFlexibility to work, day and/or night shifts if required for your roleThe ability to pass a pre-employment medical including alcohol and drug screeningA National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain oneHave unrestricted Australian working rightsRemote work experience (highly regarded)About Us Civeo Australia, a division of Civeo Corporation, provides workforce accommodation services globally.
