Warehouse & Yard Associate Are you passionate about Warehouse and Logistics? Our Warehouse Team oversees the delivery and receivership of our innovative energy products. We pack and process orders for global on-site and offshore locations to ensure accurate and successful delivery.
As a Warehouse and Yard Associate, you'll execute standard processes and procedures for warehouse and yard activities. These processes include receiving, storage, yard management, preservation, accuracy, and the delivery of inventory/equipment to internal and external customers. Salary Range - AUD 67,000 - AUD 97,000 / Per-annum
As a Warehouse & Yard Associate, you will be responsible for:
Liaising with AMO/Manufacturing/Service Delivery/Logistics/Quality as needed to ensure on time delivery and shipments.Working on other warehouse and yard duties/projects as assigned.Performing data entry into respective systems timely & accurately.Executing 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain and Safety) plan and performing physical inventory and asset verification (CC/API).Keeping work areas of the facility in a safe, clean, and organized manner at all times in accordance with 6S checklist.Providing coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence.To be successful in this role you will: Have High School Certificates or equivalent Diploma with 1- or 2-years' experience in Warehousing / supply chain.Have ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. and ability to operate a forklift while loading or unloading freight.Lifting and rigging experience - dogman license (advantageous).Possess basic written communication skills.Have ability to apply concepts of basic math and have basic PC skills.Have obtain CMP in Warehouse & Yard sub functions such as Shipping - domestic and international, Receiving, Warehouse/Storeroom and Yard.Working with us Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
