Job Description Reporting to the DC Manager, DC Supervisor and/or the DC Team Leader, the DC Team Member is responsible for daily DC operations including picking, unloading, loading and counting products with a continual focus on Safety, Service, Cost and Team. Position Responsibilities Process stock received into the warehouse as per company procedures Transfer stock to designated storage areas as per company procedures Pick stock to picking lanes as per company procedure Conduct cycle counts Perform any other suitable duties as requested by Supervisors or Managers in other areas of the business including but not limited to cleaning, receiving, returns, dispatch and administration Work as part of a dynamic Team to build better and safer procedures. Build positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Team Work Continuous Improvement DC Housekeeping Ensure that all incidents/injuries, near misses, and hazards are reported in a timely manner to the DC Manager. Handle products in line with safety and handling induction and training. Adhere to WH&S policies and procedures. Responsible for ensuring that all people on-site at the DC follow all relevant Safe Working Practices (SWPs) in accordance with the National Safety Plan. Ensure the right training and processes are in place to minimise incidents/injuries. Qualifications LF or LO required Previous warehouse experience Experience working with appliances, furniture, or large bulky items preferred but not essential Strong safety focused, including safe manual handling knowledge and experience High attention to detail Good multitasking skills and experience Excellent team player Good communication skills A proactive, can-do approach Additional Information Permanent full-time position. Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm Free onsite parking.
