Warehouse Team Leader

Omega, working in co-operation with DHL, has an excellent opportunity for experienced Warehouse Team Leaders to join their company based at HMP Leyhill. Key Responsibilities – Warehouse Team Leader Manage the day-to-day operations with groups of prisonersComply with HMP processes regarding management and recording of prisoner activityEnsure all KPIs and production requirements are achieved and exceededReconcile stock levels within the warehouseManage the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of ordersMaintain training and induction packs for all staff membersQualifications & Requirements – Warehouse Team Leader Ability to work in a prison environmentMinimum 2 years' experience within a supply chain environmentGood understanding of operational processesAble to communicate at all levelsDemonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and effectivelyIf successful, candidates will be required to provide information to complete an Enhanced Level 1 Security Clearance vetting check.
