Warehouse Team Leader

With a focus on innovative technology and strategic management, our client is dedicated to delivering high-quality, seamless logistics services tailored to their clients' diverse needs.To further strengthen their operations, a new role of Warehouse Team Leader has been created to support the Warehouse Manager. This position aims to enhance warehouse efficiency, streamline processes, and assist in achieving operational goals.Key Responsibilities Manage E-Commerce Shipments: Ensure shipments are accurately received, sorted, and dispatched, including completing necessary documentation like PODs and volume reports.WHS Compliance: Maintain warehouse safety, security, and cleanliness, conduct regular equipment inspections, and report issues to the supervisor.Inventory Management: Properly record, store, and manage inventory for efficient access and processing, including dispatch, transfer, or disposal.Logistical Support: Provide support for customer self-pickups, arrange shipments to and from suppliers, and follow up on complaints to ensure smooth service delivery.Warehouse Management Experience: Demonstrate experience in managing warehouse operations, including distribution and inventory.System Proficiency: Use warehouse management systems and computer applications effectively.Licenses and Flexibility: Hold a current driver's license and forklift license (preferred), and be flexible with shift timings, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
