This position aims to enhance warehouse efficiency, streamline processes, and assist in achieving operational goals.Key Responsibilities Manage E-Commerce Shipments: Ensure shipments are accurately received, sorted, and dispatched, including completing necessary documentation like PODs and volume reports.WHS Compliance: Maintain warehouse safety, security, and cleanliness, conduct regular equipment inspections, and report issues to the supervisor.Inventory Management: Properly record, store, and manage inventory for efficient access and processing, including dispatch, transfer, or disposal.Logistical Support: Provide support for customer self-pickups, arrange shipments to and from suppliers, and follow up on complaints to ensure smooth service delivery.Warehouse Management Experience: Demonstrate experience in managing warehouse operations, including distribution and inventory.System Proficiency: Use warehouse management systems and computer applications effectively.Licenses and Flexibility: Hold a current driver's license and forklift license (preferred), and be flexible with shift timings, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
