* Coaching, motivating and developing a team * Supervising the team as they process inbound and outbound freight ensuring it meets cut off deadlines * Planning and managing staffing levels to attain productivity targets and to meet business requirements (e.g.
rostering and managing overtime) * Monitoring the warehouse performance and completing daily reports * Creating a safe work environment by promoting WHS processes and encouraging a safe work culture amongst the team * Participating in WHS audits and ensuring process compliance * Driving engagement within the team through effective leadership and motivational activities * Monitoring e-mail messages and problem solving to address any issues encountered during the shift * This is a full-time position available working the below shift days and times: + Tuesday to Saturday (AM shift) - Start times vary from 4:00-5:00am each day
