Warehouse Team LeaderDivision: Boral Cement Limited
Department: BORAL CEMENT
Work type: Permanent - full time
Location: Sydney
The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for supporting and leading Boral's NSW Packaged Cement Warehouse Operations based in Prestons.
Reporting to the Distribution Manager, this role will oversee site facilities including the office and warehouse, managing onsite servicing & contractors, preventative maintenance, site safety, and compliance.
Start early and finish early as part of a small team at the Boral Prestons site.
Your day will involve: Receiving and despatching goods including loading, unloading, and prioritising of palletised freight into trucks.Processing of orders and administration in internal and supplier systems.Maintenance and servicing of office and warehouse including ensuring safety and compliance on site and conducting risk assessments, inductions, and managing contractor site access.Inventory control and stock management.Supervision of contractors and 1 direct report.What are we looking for? Supervisory skills with a proven track record of truck management/loading and working with palletised freight in a similar role.Car license and forklift license.HR-Heavy Rigid Licence advantageous.Proven experience in working collaboratively in an industrially diverse environment with the ability to build trust and confidence and drive outcomes.What's on offer?
