About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about supply chain operations in a dynamic industry.
Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in connecting operations, planning, and distribution teams to achieve seamless supply chain outcomes.
This end-to-end role provides exposure to new product development (NPD), domestic retail, e-commerce, and international markets.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of purchase orders.
Liaise with 3PL providers and customers to meet delivery needs and maintain DIFOT targets.
Support the NPD team with material sourcing and supply chain parameter checks.
Assist the Sales and Marketing teams with event logistics and sales campaigns.
Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to resolve order and inventory queries.
Participate in stocktake activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
Manage and update supply chain transactions within the ERP system.
About You: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must.
A collaborative team player with strong communication and influencing skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems such as Pronto or NetSuite is a plus.
Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
