The business is rapidly expanding and currently has eight fulfillment centers (FC) across Australia. eStore Logistics has recently introduced Australian-first goods to person picking technology that utilises autonomous mobile robots at its Victorian sites and continues to cement itself as a market leader in the 3PL space. What are we looking for?
Due to continued growth, eStore Logistics is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Team Leader who will thrive in our fast-paced fulfilment center. We require a team player that possess a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude and that wants to grow within a supportive team.
The primary objective for the Team Leader is to lead, coach and mentor a team of DC Warehouse staff to ensure that customer orders are prepared and shipped accurately and on time. Previous leadership experience, a technical mindset, accountability and the drive to want more will set you apart when applying!
What will you do? Liaise with management in respect to warehouse operations.Plan activities and coordinate with others autonomously to achieve results on a day-to-day basis.Ensure others work to the highest standards of safety and environmental sustainability.Ensure area housekeeping is of a very high standard, complete documented housekeeping inspections daily.Assess customer needs effectively and weigh alternative approaches ensuring the customer is put first.Ensure your work area is tidy and implement 5S principles to sustain standards.Operate a forklift to manage inventory within the warehouseEnsure all equipment is available and in good order and condition.Function Assessment (Process Auditing).Highlight damages and hazards to the site leadership team.Actively and visibly participate in Safety Observations, Workplace Inspections and incident / hazard reporting. Training Team Members with eStores standards and methods.Daily Work Execution of your allocated area.First level escalation and resolutions of inventory issues.All inventory on site is accounted for and stored correctly physically and logicallyWorking areas are cleared and reported on dailyRespond to Customer Service queries promptly and with sufficient detail.What skills will you have?
