Lovisa Opportunity: Located at the DC in Derrimut, Melbourne VIC The Warehouse Team Leader will play a pivotal role in guiding and inspiring our warehouse personnel to achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
This position isn't just about supervising a team—it's about setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
You will be the go-to person for both daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring that individual and team KPIs are met or exceeded.
Hold team members accountable for their performance, providing regular coaching, feedback, and support.
Coordinate and streamline warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Oversee administrative duties such as scheduling, reporting, and data management.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
Foster a positive, respectful, and safety-oriented work culture.
