Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per year + Performance Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal hours, Christmas New Year period holidays, public holidays free. Work/life balance.
Position Overview: "Hands on" leadership position for a small team with constant support and training.

Responsibilities:
Select, support, and grow your team members. Manage containers, unloading, packing orders, and despatch. Ensure that equipment is maintained and serviced to ensure the team has what they need. Communicate effectively at all levels. Train, delegate, and empower your team members to grow and learn with consideration of their individual abilities and experience. Application Questions:
