Warehouse Team Leader

Role Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a small warehouse team to meet operational targets, fostering a collaborative environment. Mentor the team and ensure adherence to safety protocols.Operations Management: Oversee inventory control, dispatching, and workflow planning, ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations in both the VIC and WA Warehouse.Compliance and Safety: Maintain a hazard-free environment while ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.High-Level Computer Skills: Utilize advanced computer systems and software (Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management Systems) for inventory management, reporting, and process improvements.Client Interaction: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure seamless operations and service.Key Requirements: Valid Forklift License.Warehouse Management Experience: Proven ability to manage operations and lead teams in a similar environment.High-Level Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and organizational abilities to manage daily/weekly & monthly tasks effectively and meet KPI's.Physical Fitness: This is a hands-on role, requiring physical fitness for warehouse tasks.Why Join Us?
