About the role… We have 6 full-time Warehouse Team Leader positions available to support our 6–8-month relocation project from Virginia to Brendale, with the potential for extension.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in one of APG's largest relocation projects and contribute to the successful establishment of our Flagship Distribution Centre in Brendale, Queensland .
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be essential to ensuring smooth operations during this significant transition.
You will lead a dynamic team, overseeing the accurate picking and putaway of products, managing stock integrity, and ensuring effective dispatch of goods.
Your team's efficiency will be critical in ensuring a seamless and timely transfer of products from our Virginia Distribution Center to the new Brendale location.
Key Responsibilities: Lead your team on-site at the APG Virginia Distribution Centre, ensuring operational efficiency.
Oversee the picking, putaway, and management of stock to maintain inventory integrity and control.
Manage the dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate and timely movement of APG products to the new Flagship DC.
Coordinate the processing of goods and provide support to your team, ensuring workloads are prioritised to meet deadlines.
Ensure that safety is a top priority, promoting a safety-first culture on the job.

About you, Skills and Experience… To be successful in this role; you will: Have previous experience supervising and leading a team to process volume incoming & outgoing goods.
Be team orientated and enthusiastic with high respect for safety.
Be analytical, curious and process-driven.
Have Intermediate computer skills, knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite Training experience Have a passion for being the best at what you do.
