HOBAN is seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our Bayside client.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of up to 15 employees in a 3PL environment.
Organize daily and weekly tasks efficiently.
Provide training and ongoing support to team members.
Ensure exceptional customer service to our clients.
What You Bring: Experience: At least 2 years as a team leader in the warehousing and logistics sector.
Skills: Excellent communication, strong leadership with a focus on results, and a history of continuous improvement and innovative processes.
Qualifications: Forklift Licence with high reach and counterbalance experience (preferred).
