As part of this growth, they are now seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join their team.
This key, business-critical role is based on-site in the Swan Hill region and reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager.
You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing warehouse operations and collaborating with the wider team to meet critical business requirements.
This is a full-time, permanent role in a fast-paced environment, offering the chance to make a significant impact.
The Role The key responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to: Manage the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to safety standards.
Oversee the handling of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained for production needs, including managing dispatch, receival, and stock preparations.
Actively participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, resolving system and process issues, and supporting continuous improvements to warehouse operations.
Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and teamwork while managing logistics, shipments, and storage.
Your Background 2+ years of experience within a similar FMCG environment.
Experience utilising WMS systems and MS Office products.
Demonstrated experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
