The Opportunity
ANC is seeking to appoint a motivated Warehouse Team Lead to encourage and support a team of Warehouse Assistants to ensure day-to-day success.
This position is located onsite in Derrimut, Victoria
This role suits someone who can provide guidance and direction to the team and loves to be hands on - working alongside the team to ensure cartons are broken down, labelled and staged for our Delivery Professionals to deliver.
You will have previous experience delivering on small scale projects.

Key responsibilities
Provide leadership and guidance to the team onsite to ensure safe and productive work practices Actively participate in all warehouse activities including picking, labelling and staging deliveries.
Ensure all Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) and Safety Protocols are upheld by the team.
Build and foster a positive culture with the team.
Working on the client site, you will be an ambassador for ANC and have the ability to make an impact from the grass roots.
Identify pain-points or areas of inefficiency and collaborate with the relevant teams to design, build, and execute process improvement projects.
About you
Strong attention to detail Good communication skills both written and verbal Ability to lift heavy objects (using manual handling processes) and operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jack.
Strong and proven ability to lead and direct employees Solidunderstanding of safe manual handling practices and WHS Practices Ability to meet deadlines Excellent organisation and time-management skills Enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated with a flexible and adaptable attitude for our diverse environment.
