An exciting opportunity to join the Operations team as a Warehouse Supervisor is now available.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will need to be highly organised, be able to work autonomously, be a problem solver and be able to plan for and delegate the workflow each day.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders Receiving inbound stock, check for damage and discrepancies, and put away in correct locations in a timely manner Operate machinery for receiving, picking, packing and dispatching goods Planning for the workflow each day, and allocating work to team members Supervising a small team to ensure work is completed to a high standard Undertaking 'spot' and rolling stock takes in accordance with the systems prescribed Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and actively participate in the OHS committee Ensuring continuity of supply of materials and consumables Assisting with warehouse optimisation and warehouse reconfiguration.
This role requires: The ability to prioritise, work under pressure and show initiative High levels of organisation skills, attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving skills Commitment to customer service excellence A desire to effectively contribute to the success of the team A positive attitude and willingness to work hard during busy periods.
