About the Role: Due to significant growth, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who is not afraid to suggest improvements in our layout, systems and processes in order to improve our warehouse operations.
You will be an integral part of our growing team and be required to lead by example and take control of the warehouse operations. This will require a strong work ethic, the ability to plan and organise daily requirements and to think on your feet.
You are not afraid to get your hands dirty in leading and coaching your small team in all aspects of picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring order accuracy, stock management and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Supervise, motivate and assign responsibilities to your team to ensure daily dispatch targets are achieved to all branches Australia wide.Ensure all orders are packed correctly and despatched on time.Loading and unloading of trucks and shipping containers.Cross-check scanned items with Transfer Notes using our ScanWorx and Tencia ERP systems.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and spreadsheets.Organize and book dispatch logistics, coordinating with relevant departments.Ensure all work is being completed safely and all employees are adhering to HR and WH&S policies and procedures.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing as needed.Conduct cycle counts to monitor stock accuracy levels.Manual handling, forklift driving and some lifting involved.Oversee stock levels across all branches to ensure consistency without excess.What's in it for you?
