These Warehouse Supervisors (morning and afternoon shift) will lead designated warehouse operations enhancing efficiency and focusing on positive continuous improvement, culture, engagement, and safety.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supervising staff members and controlling warehouse operations effectively.
Ensuring that you and your team maintain performance metrics and achieve KPIs.
Team development including induction training, shift briefings & on-the-job training.
Fostering a high-performing team culture through coaching and feedback.
Working collaboratively with the greater teams.
Analyzing performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
Ensuring compliance with OHS policies and legislation.
Promoting a safety-first culture.
Conducting OHS activities.
Section Criteria for this role:
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Experience as a supervisor or leader with warehouse experience.
Critical decision-making and influencing capabilities.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and OH&S, with logistics qualifications desirable.
Essential continuous improvement, team leadership, and customer support.
Advantageous exposure to diverse industries and automated warehousing systems.
