Are you a proactive leader with a passion for warehousing and distribution? Northline is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Warehouse Team in Kenwick. In this role, you'll oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy in every task. You'll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to drive performance and develop your team, all while maintaining strong relationships with customers and managing key operational aspects.
About the Role: Permanent full-time positionMonday to Friday shifts, with weekend work required on a rotational basis.Hours of work: 6am – 2pmKey Responsibilities: Supervise and provide training to Storeperson(s), emphasising the timely processing, picking, and dispatch of orders.Oversee and assist with stocktakes and stock checks as requested by customers and Northline.Ensure all inbound orders are receipted and put away accurately, safely, and promptly.Maintain strong customer relationships, both external and internal, ensuring seamless implementation and management of new business.Drive improvements in warehouse processes and compliance.Assist the Warehouse Manager in supervising all aspects of employee management in accordance with policies, procedures, and standards.As a successful candidate, you will have: Proven experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control, ideally within a 3PL environment.Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.High levels of focus and a commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment practices.Current and valid Forklift Licence (LF) with High Reach experience.Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Previous experience working towards targets and deadlines.Excellent time management, organisational skills and high attention to detail.Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.Learning, training and development support: Northline believe in the people we hire.
