We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to elevate the company's operations.

Your Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and stock control.
Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff to maintain high productivity, safety standards, and exceptional customer service.
Coordinate the shipping and unloading of containers and supervise all transport movements.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the warehouse.
Work closely with the General Manager as an essential member of the Management Team.
Strategically plan workloads to ensure compliance with operational policies and staff procedures.
Set a strong example through a hands-on approach when necessary to support the team.
Stay updated on developments in storage and distribution methods to optimize facility operations.
What we're looking for Demonstrated experience in warehouse management.
Outstanding leadership and motivational abilities, with a firm dedication to OH&S policies and procedures.
Highly organized, possessing excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
A strong drive to succeed and inspire your team to meet and exceed KPIs.
Comprehensive understanding of inventory control, stock management, and order fulfillment best practices.
Proficient in computer applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration across departments.
Strong problem-solving skills.
